No. ChannelSurf is a media player only — it does not include, host, sell, or promote any channels, streams, or content. You connect an IPTV service you already subscribe to (via Xtream Codes, an M3U playlist, or a Stalker portal), and the app plays it beautifully. You are responsible for the service you connect.

Premium ($9.99/year) adds Cloud Sync, Watch Party hosting, Mirror, and DVR on top. Joining a friend's party is always free.
