Refund Policy
Web purchases (channelsurfplayer.com)
Purchases made through this website are processed by our merchant of record, Paddle.
- 14-day money-back guarantee. If you request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or of a renewal charge, we will refund the payment in full.
- EU & UK customers: this policy meets or exceeds your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital purchases; nothing here limits your statutory rights.
- How to request: email pwalders@gmail.com from your purchase email (or reply to your Paddle receipt) and include the receipt or order number. Refunds are issued to the original payment method by Paddle, typically within 5–10 business days.
- After 14 days, refunds are at our discretion — but if something is genuinely broken for you, get in touch; we would rather fix it or make it right than keep an unhappy user's money.
- Cancelling (rather than refunding) stops the next renewal and keeps Premium active until the end of the period you already paid for. Cancel anytime from Settings → Subscription → Manage.
App Store purchases (iPhone, iPad)
Subscriptions bought inside the iOS app are billed by Apple, and only Apple can issue those refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com or through your Apple account's purchase history. Manage or cancel the subscription at App Store → Subscriptions.
Google Play purchases (Android, Android TV)
Subscriptions bought inside the Android app are billed by Google Play. Request a refund through Google Play's refund process, and manage or cancel at Play Store → Subscriptions.
Free trial
The 14-day Premium trial requires no payment details, never converts into a charge on its own, and therefore never needs refunding. When it ends, the app simply returns to the free tier — your recordings remain playable and your synced data remains readable.
A note on content
ChannelSurf Premium is a purchase of software features only (Cloud Sync, Room Sync, DVR). It does not include any channels or content, and refunds cannot be granted for issues with a third-party IPTV service you connect — those are between you and your provider.
